How to Access:
Complete our online contact form, or email us at smith.searle@icloud.com with the following information:
- Your Name
- Preferred Contact (telephone or video call)
- Telephone Number and Email address
- A brief description of your situation and what you need help with
Following Your Request:
You will be contacted to make an appointment for your initial telephone / video call consultation. This appointment will last up to 45 minutes, where we will discuss your needs and what support can be offered by Smith Searle.

Contract Information will be sent out for your agreement prior to your consultation.

Community is important within Smith Searle. If you are feeling alone and wish to be buddied up with other parents / carers in similar situations, please let us know in your first consultation call.
